1) How can conflict and problem solving be a positive part of academic and professional success?

Conflict resolution as well as problem solving are considered to be positive aspects of professional success as well as academic success because it shows aspect of critical thinking. Critical thinking is one of the positive aspects of the thinking of a person. If a person displays aspects of critical thinking, it shows their critical thinking abilities and that they can think on their feet. Also, it shows that a person can solve problems and think out of the box. The ability of a person to solve their own issues and to think on their feet allows them to get out of difficult situations, thus displaying traits of higher intellect in a person.
