During the period of the new imperialism, Africa was scrambled into parts from1881 to 1941. It is also known as partition or conquest of Africa.only 10% land was under the control of Europeans but by the year 1914, almost 90% of African countries was under their control except for Ethiopia and Liberia. They take control of most of the part of Africa because of the valuable resources and workforce and slaves of Africa.

A large population from Africa become the slave of the European countries in the name of imperialism and extension plan.

Europian countries looted the resources of Africa and leave them in poverty and in a vulnerable condition.

Not only Africa but also many Asian countries also become the victims if the European imperialism. They applied the divide and conquer strategy in order to take control of Africa continent.

Development of African countries like South Africa is not at the right pace due to poor leadership. It is hardly possible to achieve the goal of NDP or national development plan. In order to achieve our goal, we must increase the leadership excellence.

Poverty, unemployment, drugs, corruption,uncontrolled urbanization are the main threat to the liberty of African countries.

It is very necessary to elevate the standard of leadership to take the Organizations, companies, and industries of African countries like South Africa in forwarding direction.leadership can lead the nation to both the prosperity or to the instability and uncertain future.

Hence, that fundamental transformation in the leadership approach is very necessary.

Many western countries like U.S, U.K, France, Germany and other countries can help the African countries by providing heps and support to develop basic infrastructures like schools, hospitals, universities, and industries.

They can also support them by giving medical aid to many diseases like malaria,dengue, Ebola, aids and many other deadly diseases.

These countries also support poor African countries by financially by giving them low or zero interest loan and food supply to poor countries suffering from severe hunger due to scarcity or internal conflict within the country.

Another main issue is to stop the development of radicalization and the emergence of terrorist groups like Boko Haram etc.
