a. A company offers salary to an employee and the company always wants the employees working properly. They have some tasks and if the employees are not conscious of time the company faces loss. So, it is the ethical duty of an employee to use the time properly and he should not waste the time of the other employees. He should not waste time in the lazy way.

b. All the employees must work to get confidentiality of the customers. It is the chief object of every company to provide customer satisfaction. The employees should respect the customers and value their opinions.

c. The employees are never allowed to do any abusive behaviour and it is absolutely prohibited and unethical. One should not have any prejudice band all must obey the company culture and ethics.
