All the three should include information on bullying such as the impacts of bullying on the one who is bullied, the consequences on the one who bullies and the responsibility of the teachers and the penalty from the school board. The information on bullying might include incident outside the school but school board policies, student handbook or faculty handbook cannot control what’s happening outside the school but if it happens inside the school, they could involve. These incidents, if reported could be used to counsel the students and record the incident. The parents could be informed because they will have a better control of the children outside the school.
