Learning is entirely cognitive.If a child is not able to do well with learning then he or she is considered as slow learner. Or a child having some learning deficinies.Neurons which helps in transmitting information. It is memory which stores the information short term and long term memory. As we learn something new, all neurons wire together and cells that can receive and send information about the task become more active and efficeint.

Learning is also an outcome of practise. People who learn usually get reward i.e reeinforcement which inspires them to learn more. For eg: students getting good marks in exam, praisings, any gift by parents encourgaes them to learn more for of the topic. As it was shown in the Skinner's experiment that the rat learned the difference of outcome green button and red button.
