Crime as a justification for coping with past trauma – how justified is it?
A crime can never be justified. A crime is considered to be a crime when one breaks a law. In the eyes of law, crime cannot be justified. A terrorist killing umpteen people, cannot justify his crime as a coping with past trauma. A crime is immoral. However, since immorality is unacceptable, thus crime cannot be justified either. There can be exceptions based on the intensity of the crime. Stealing bread to fill one's stomach is a crime but it can be justified. However, irrespective of the reasoning, crime cannot be justified. It is very debatable.
