Which approach to qualitative research is shaped chronologically?

There are three kinds of dveelopmental research designs

1. longitudnal - where a single or group of participants are beng observed and analysed for years.

2. cross-sectional- where people from different ages (like 10,20,30,40 and 50) are observed and anaysed at the same time. here, the population is divided into different sections and representative of each section is analysed.

3. cross sequential; where both of the previous research designs are combined and representative of different section are observed for a specific period of time.
