So I have noted down my three day food intake process .As I am an athlete I am focusing more on Protein rich foods and less fatty or fried foods .I measure it from monday . So I take 5 meals a day . In the morning Istart with lemon water. Then after my morning workout session I do my breakfast which involves omelette , four slices of bread and fruits . I avoid juices .My everyday breakfast consists of these items just the complete is replaced by cottage cheese sometimes. Then around 11am I take my protein shake and eat some dry fruits and nuts .In lunch I take rice with a small portion of meat . In the evening I take herbal tea with fiber bars. At night for dinner I eat light as which include salad and a light amount of protein such as fish meat or chicken soup . I repeat this process everyday . Only the protein source is changed like the meat source is replaced .
