Many individuals, when they begin smoking, All are question that they will get to be distinctly dependent and inevitably stop by one means or another because in actual they are a narrow mind. But now this era Smoking is habbit not an addiction. They Feel very relax after smoking they feel some different kind of positive attitude Therefore Some people love smoking even when they know it is dangerous to their health.

Smoking is not good for health. Agreed.
But smoking is addictive. It stimulates Dopaminergic receptors in our brain that gives us a feeling of reward which smokers feel as kick. So it's not really easy to quit smoking but it can be done if you are willing and determined.
Moreover, even though people know that smoking is bad for health, they never really believe that anything bad would happen to them. It always comes as a shock to people if they are diagnosed with lung cancer or hypertension or if they suffer from a heart attack.
So I guess that's the reason Charles don't quit smoking. Their believe that nothing's gonna happen to them.
