The more important aspect in understanding and intervening upon a stressful experience or event is the subjective aspect of the experience or event. to understand this we can take an example of any accident that involves multiple people, while the physical trauma experienced by the bodies of individual involved in an accident may differ, the psychological trauma exposed to different individuals also differs when it comes to automatic event, this is the reason by few individuals are more susceptible to disorders such as post traumatic stress disorder.
