Business writing is an important thing and it can either bring deal or make the business prosper or can totally ruin it.

A business writing should be neat and clean and without any error. There should not be any grammatical mistakes and spelling mistakes, it should be nicely framed in meaningful sentences and paragraphs so that it can deliver the exact message for which it is intended to.

Hence it is required to do a massive editing and proofreading unless all are sure that this letter is good to go ahead.
