Each one of us is born with a psychological make our biology and it is very difficult to fight against our make and rationalize things. Hence telling others “not to worry about it” seems to be dispassionate about the issues of others. For supporting such individuals in; managing their stress effectively the most important thing is to generate confidence and trust by sympathetically listening to their problems, offering them strong emotional support and acting as a social convoy.
