PRODUCT:-LENOVO ideapad330.

problem:-Their is a charging issue with this laptop.Actually they had mentioned once it is charged it takes 6 hrs for the battery drain and The sound system is also not good.The volume is low.They also provided one year warranty.

2.I had researched on the problem and got to know that we should install the operating system that is compatible with the hardware components of the system.We need to follow a particular process to install the operating system.while installing first we need to set the bias to UEFI mode.For the low volume issue after installing the operating system then install all the drives especially dolby audio drivers inorder to get the proper volume.

3.I had installed the trail operating system by following all these steps and also installing the drives.Then the issue has been resolved.

4.The reason for this failure is updates,the trail operating system always pops up to update our operating system.If we update then the operating system gets crashed and our files get corrupted.

5.As i cannot share the ppt here i am sharing the sides of the ppt.
