Items for job satisfaction need to include and locate a given employees response on the evaluation that might be constructed on a continuum that charts their responses on a attitude and satisfaction towards their given job continuum.

Within the construct of job satisfaction, it would be better to have multidimensional scaling due to mere fact that it would help position satisfactory jobs with unsatisfactory and would help better asses the position of the roles and the vitalities that do give them the aspect, in order to improve it better.
