Health related behaviour can be defined as the set of attitude, thoughts and behaviour that are related or concerned with health.
The health related behaviour that I wish to improve is eating.I wish to eat healthy and enough. I intend to acheive this goal by creating a schedule for meals and the content of the meals in a day. This would ensure that I get enough and appropriate level of nutrition and I do not skip my meals. Also drinking enough water would be a plus as this would ensure clear bowel movement and in turn the desire to eat.
In order to make healthy , lasting behavioural changes they should come from a place of healthy motovation. Second it should be repeated for atleast a set of 21 days iniorder to turn it into a habit.
