List the steps one would take to develop goals for successful personal change.
In order to make a goal which is subject to personal change, one must first do a SWOT analysis for themselves, and identify the areas where they need to work on themselves and then make a SMART goal inorder to achieve the results that they are looking forward to.
The SWOT analysis is Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats.
The SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievale, Relevant and Time bound.
Hence one must make a goal which is Specific in nature and is relevant for them. Then it needs to be a measurable one, also Achievable and needs to be achieved in a specific time limitations.
