There are various common negative emotions which are primarily being experienced by the college students these days.These emotions gets intensified because of our expectations from any particlar situation which doesn't get fullfilled.These emotions gets out from different ways such as Stress,Fear,Anger, Anxiety,Sadness, Hopelessness,Lack of Productivity etc.

These negative emotions results in the downfall of the Human Health Mentally ,Socially amd Physically as well.These emotions provoke students to harm themselves,Such as It leads towards committing Suicide.The extra pressure of Performing well is the main cause for all these issues .
