For the French film Entre les murs (2008): Is Monsieur Marin a good teacher? Should he lose his job or be given a second chance for the mistake he made?

Monsieur Marin tries his best for his students, but he fails to learn from his students. This is his mistake but he eventually learns how to respect his students and keep his calm no matter what. Though he never meant that meaning to the word that he spoke, but the literal meant so. As a teacher he is a good teacher, he puts all his efforts for his students and aims his students to learn, to progress and develop. He has learnt from his mistake, hence, he should be given a second chance.
