To get a high performance there should be commitment, dedication, mutual cooperation and coordination among the team members. Any sort of unclarity in the vision and goals would create confusion among the team members impairing the teams performance. Hence, the goals should be stated clearly, there should be a positive team culture that promotes a mutual accountability. The communication should be effective and any conflict should be addressed at the earliest respecting each others perspectives. Any unsatisfaction among the team members should be resolved and also, the team members should be vigilant towards their service.
