The theoretical positions of a trait-and-fact :-

* This theory is use for regulating the organization,

* If focuses on individual's ability, how much they are capable or they fir for this post.

* Facts are focus on the emotion, behaviour etc. After obseving these, it find traits.

* Trait focus on the personality like your life goals, problem solving style etc.

Developmental theorist :-

It is the theory which is focus on the development of individual. It statrt to obseving the individual from their childhood to develop their mind to teach some discipline. It obsers the individual's feelings, behaviour, interaction withe other means over all personality then this theory helps to development your mind and personality.
