Everyone in this world is unique and they have their own beliefs and religious practices. Just because I don't belong to that group means that my practices are good. When people don't understand something or don't know something which others do, they tend say that it's wrong or it's not good. The world thrives in diversity, so do human beings and there is no superiority of any sort. If I treat someone differently because they are different or because I don't like what they do, this would be same for me too. So, treating someone differently because someone belong to another religion or have different religious practices is definitely a cultural bias.
