This method is simple and through this process, one can easily give proper judgment and can gain innovative ideas to resolve my issues. It has been observed that in this process the employees are ranked on the basis of their ability and creativity.

The behavioral approach can be used to measure the performance and it can be utilized in the coaching process. It can be done with the help of BOS a BARS process that consists of various scales that depict the rank for each employee. It was based on many parameters such as the turnover of employees and satisfaction level.
