The MST therapy has rules and objectives and it is implemented carefully in the society, schools and in homes. FFT(family functional therapy) is concerned with the implementation and rehabilitation of youth in house who are victims of drug abuse in the family and in the society. There are other crimes which are called as status offenders which include the delinquent acts of running away, creating violence on streets by youth, breaking the curfew and refraining from obeying the governmental rules and regulations in the society. It also includes the acts of child criminal violence in the society. Various regions and cities of USA have passed laws and rules against the acts of dropping from school and getting indulged in crime-behavior in the society. There are serious punishments for young students who are involved in such acts in the society. National conference of state legislatures have analyzed such situation in society and imposed strict rules for young students involved in criminal activities or substance abuse in the society.
