This in turn has changed the organizational policies and practices in order to make the organisational system more culturally equal and sensitive. Organisational Leaders increasingly realize the need for heterogeneity from the team level to the national level and psychologists help in drawing an accurate assessment of the organisation in terms of the different voices represented at the level of the employees and executives, rather than enforcing a single organization-wide set of practices.
