The most important concept which was derived by Erik Erikson about the Human development which happens in several stages thorugh out the whole life span.This theory is very important for every because it give's us a idea about how things changes with in the whole life span. It helps the researchers to acquire new area's to work on get a detailed inspection about the reasons which are responsible for this whole development process And why the estimated time of each developmental stage's might vary in someone.
