You have to determine the motion of a get-away car so that it arrives in front of a casino exactlyat the moment James Bond comes out of the front door. The scene will be shot from above (from a helicopter) so the motion of the car from where it is initially parked tothe casino will be shot as one scene. To ensure that the car appears unobtrusive the car should not accelerate faster than 3 m/s^2, should not brake faster than-6 m/s^2 and travel at a maximum speed of 60 km/hr.The scene is set up so that the person in the getaway car receives a text message from Bond and has 30 seconds to reach the front of the casino. The car travels on a straight road without any traffic lights.If the car accelerates at its maximum acceleration to 60 km/hr, travels at that component of velocity until it brakes at the maximum negative acceleration allowed so that it arrives exactly 30 seconds after the text message is received, how faraway from the front of the Casino should they start?

Your solution should consist of

a) A 1 paragraph synopsis of the car’s motion (how far away it starts, how long (seconds) and far (meters) it accelerates, how long and far it travels at 60 km/hr and how long and far it brakes.This is what the actors would use.

b. A detailed analysis of the motion,this should include:

i) A motion diagram for each segment of the motion.

ii) A description of your strategy for solving the problem.

iii) Your analysis to determine how far away from the casino they should start and how long and far they travel during each segment.
