The slow or impeded adaption occurs in an organization majorly because of people, who are then responsible to build an organization and to use the technology. Employees when willing to work in traditional way and not interested to lean new software, mailing techniques and etiquettes results in slow development of internal corporate social networks as well. Thinking that social networks are not important, lack of knowledge and interest to learn new things are major factors responsible for the same.

Following is the elaboration of management, organization and technological factors:

  • Management: People or employees may not will to change their methods of learning and development the one they are important of social networking. Some times, they feel the task being pressured and this hampers the productivity. Majority of them have a feel that they won't be able to adopt to the new change and this is not going to give any kind of incentive as well.
  • Organization: Employees forms the organization, when organization wants to have some change and employees are not interested to learn and they are resisting to change. Companies in such case found it difficult to retain the employees and to develop the learning matrix so as to retain the employees
  • Technology: Technology should be easy and must be developed in a manner so as it can be learned and can be adopted by employees. The internal social development should be easy and content must be relevant and easy to learn and adopt. Users need to have the information that is relevant and that too quickly which is again tough for employees who are following traditional business methods from before.
