The slow or impeded adaption occurs in an organization majorly
because of people, who are then responsible to build an
organization and to use the technology. Employees when willing to
work in traditional way and not interested to lean new software,
mailing techniques and etiquettes results in slow development of
internal corporate social networks as well. Thinking that social
networks are not important, lack of knowledge and interest to learn
