C. LIFESTYLE of a customer can be impacted to a large extent by changing the lifestyle of the society around him

External factors which can be controlled by the company as follows-

A. Company can make a STATUS SYMBOL for its product in the society so that consumer will be bound to buy the product.

B. Company can also incorporate various CULTURAL NORMS into its product so that the individual will be motivated to buy the product
