GI Joe is less popular when compared to other competitors in that sector like Batman because of the low marketing of the toy. Many movies and cartoon smade other charscters like Batman and Superman get immense popularity. The revenue of GI jOE can also be increased by getting deep in marketing like creating animated series or making movies or releasing some new comics which will attract children. The character can also be made to cast in some other series like Avengers where it gets more attention. This helps the character get importance and automatically children will be wanting for the toys which will increase it's revenue.
