Few steps students can take to bring changes into their organizations are :

  • Remove communication barrier : To bring any changes in organization , communicating right message to right audience and at right time is key for success of any changes implemented.
  • Planning : Student should plan their action , resources , communication, implementation, training required etc. which are essential to bring changes.
  • Collaboration : Bringing everyone in the organization to be part of changes  is pivotal for the success of changes envisaged.
  • Measure the Success of change : Implementing changes should not be only objective of leader/student in any organization. Main objective should be whether the changes done or implemented is delivering the value to organization which was initially planned. So student should measure the success of changes implemented to organization.
