"Stability and Change"
°According to the textbook, researchers who have followed kives through time have found evidence for both stability and change when it comes to an individual's personality. Reflect on your own personality and describe the characteristics of your personality that have changed, and which have stayed the same a as you have grown older.

Life is constantly changing, we grow older with age, and age exposes us to new challenges and opportunities. Age also determines in many cases the situations were are going to be faced in. While factors of y personality which have remained stable are those that have stood the test of time. My interest in my field of career and education of the same has not changed. My love for my main attachment figures, as well as strong emotional conclusions made during childhood, have remained stable. My core beliefs about my self and others have remained constant throughout my life.

As mentioned earlier each of the age brackets has introduced me to newer conflicts. For example When I was entering the adolescence phase my priorities and outlook changed drastically. My friends, my interests, my opinions about several things and people have been changing throughout my life and will continue to do so,
