1: Benefits of having houseowners policy is that it helps in getting insurance coverage if incase some fire captured in the building or any other casualities happened for the building . This helps in protecting the building related attack to the house owner. Thus homeowners policy will reduce the repair cost involved in the builsibu during any accidents.

2: It is a privilege. Driving a car cannot be right because it is allowed on the public road through proper driving license. The person who is driving should pass that exam and get his driving license. It won't comes under the right of individual and the citizen needs to clear the driving test and then it become a right for the person to drive the car ( once license is up).
