Answer #1

As per the details mentioned in the question, Karl has done his 3 years assignment in Brazil. Now, since the work is at its last stage they are now preparing to move back to their home town where he can join to work. In the last one month, there are ample amount of tasks that Karl and his family could pursue to lessen the shock of home returning.

Since there was a purpose for Karl and his family to stay in a new country which was Brazil, and most of the time was spent at work. Since now they are free they can utilize the time by visiting and exploring Brazil's flora and fauna. If possible they could make an arrangement for night out. Their son is almost 5 which is manageable for the parent. In addition to this watching movies, will be a good option for the family and also a good way to manage the time. Apart from this, they could also indulge in some of their personal preferences. Shopping and enjoying food can also add to their better time management and lessen the shock.
