Answer #1

The mission of the organization is made in order to give a focus of direction of path. The mission statement provides the specific statement which has been served by the resources of the organization.

Here in this case the Mission of the College of Business and Public Administration at California State University San Bernardino is as follows:

  1. To create a student centered productive learning community.
  2. Provide Quality graduates programs.
  3. Provide priority in the teaching that is enhanced by the commitment of faculty to continuing professional development, intellectual contributions and service.
  4. The intellectual contribution which involves the research objectives.
  5. Serves the culturally and globally diverse students.
  6. This college serves as the intermediary for the exchange of knowledge and expertise in between the university, regional community and the larger world.

The expectations are not met as the Undergraduate and graduates which are manufactured are not well qualified as per the industry standard. The schools very less provide the initialization in the research activities as these takes time. Now a days teaching become the professional business which actually making money less than the making professionals. They use to get money from the student in starting time or makes money. They teach as it is the work of the teacher rather then explaining the concept. I think mission statement is true but it is not being actually stated in the school.

The business student embodies the statement as it shows that the school creates the student centered productive learning community which actually build the professionals. They provide the Quality graduate program.
