Answer #1

Use of leader’s poer in particular situation:

A leader or the manage in the company is an important person in the organization. This is because they are the ones who delegate the authority and responsibility to their employees, decide on the tasks to be performed, decide on their rights in the company etc.

For example, we can take a situation of an employee committing crime in the organization oir in other words acting against the ineterst of the organization. In this case, the leader will exercise his power of taking action against the employee by dismissing him, taking legal action against him by handing over him to the police.

In the above situation, the leader’s act can be considered ethical. Because as a leader, he has the sole responsibility and also authority to protect the interest of the organization and also co workers. Such decisions would teach an lesson to the person for committing wrong doings in the organization and will also be a warning for other employees to prevent such acts in the future.
