State and localities are always the part of the regulation of the Federal government and If Federal government is preparing a policy regarding the immigration policy, it is preparing for the interest of the citizens of the country and states and locality should always be trying to incorporate those regulations into the management of the states and locality

States and localities are part of the Federal government structure and they should be trying to follow up with the immigration policy in order to protect the interest of the citizens because interest of the domestic citizens has to be protected and check on immigration must be maintained in order to maximize the overall benefits which are accruing to the American people so this state and locality should be forced to follow up with the rules and regulation regarding immigration policies which are passed onto by central government
