following are the main components of service blueprint------
- support processes--these are the interactions , actions or
steps which are taken by non contract employees in delivering the
services.
- Customer actions- these are the steps the customer takes in the
delivery process of the service these are choices, steps
,interaction and activities that customer makes while buying the
service.
- on stage employee actions- these are the things or activities
that employees do while selling the services interacting with the
cuctomers.
- Backstage employee actions-these are the activities or steps
done by the employees which are not visible which supports the on
stage.
