Following are the main component of the communication model

Context/Scenario - Communication is influenced by the context it is being sent. This context may be physical, social or anything.

Sender / Encoder of the message - Sender / Encoder is a person who sends the message. A sender sends the message in verbal mode, via an electronic medium or by gesture or body language.

Component or Message - Message is the main thing which a sender wants to communicate, it can be in any form in which sender has sent it

The medium of the message – It is an important aspect as which medium has been chosen to communicate the message. It depends on the situation at sender and receiver end as what they have opted in order to communicate

Recipient / Decoder - Recipient / Decoder is a person for whom the message is intended / aimed / targeted. He then decodes the message and interprets its meaning

Feedback - Feedback is the main outcome of the message as sender here analyzes the efficacy of the message.
