Importance of HRM for organization success:

The practice of HRM must be viewed as part of strategic goals of organization rather than a standalone tint. The idea behind HRM policy is to enmesh itself fully with the goals of the organization. For example if the training needs of the organization are simply met with perfunctory trainings, then the firm not only loses the timings of the employees but also the loss of direction. Hence it is necessary for the organization to take its HRM policies seriously to ensure that the training is focused & is on topical methods.

To conclude, the practice of HRM has to be integrated with overall strategy in order to ensure effective use of people to provide better returns to the organization both in terms of monetary & non monetary. If the HRM practices & policies are not designed properly, then it may lose people which don’t bode well for the organization’s success.
