Why is collaboration so important to the success of a team project? How does understanding how to communicate in a team translate to the workplace?

Answer- Collaboration is important to the success of a team project because when we collaborate their is a synergy and the outcome is much more than what people would have achieved individually. When we collaborate, we learn working in a team and we develop a team spirit, and develop a good relation with their team mates due to which they are able to work with their team mates congenially and properly and thus they are able to complete their team project successfully.

Understanding how to communicate in a team translate to the workplace in the way that if we know to handle the pressure of a small team then we will very easily be able to handle the problems of the workplace. If we know how to communicate with small team and we know how to clearly send our message to a small team then we will be able to communicate to the workplace.
