The people with anxiety and depression should not consider working because of the work related stress. Uncertainty in their work place, lack of value and respect from other co workers, work imbalance may cause an increase in their psychiatric disturbance. Bullying and low social support, high demand for more work, high work and less reward may make them more sick. It may also cause physical problems insomnia, irritability and outburst of anger. So some people should not consider it because of chances of relapse.
