Answer #1

The seating arrangement in such a training will play a role and in order to create a positive and participative environment between the trainer and the trainees, the trainees need to be closely seated and I will avoid the classroom structure of the theatre structure because they need to participate as groups as well, Instead in order to promote such a training to utilize the maximum, I would like to recommend the hollow square or rectangle structure where the trainees will on the sides of the rectangle or square and the trainer will be in the hollow area so that he or she can conveniently teach and during the small group practice also, this can actually help in order to be successful and effective as well as the individuals on each side can act as a single group.
