In an organization, Change is the main concept which brings the positivity in the organization and among its human resources. Changes can be individual or organizational. Individual change mainly focusses on each individual of the organization in their own way whereas Organizational Change focuses on the organization as a whole. The individual changes are for the personal benefits of the human such as career development whereas organizational changes are for the achievement of the firm’s goal and objectives in order to grow and also have focus on the individual as they lead to the change. Change can be for the individual development, for the learning, organizational development, team development and for the growth of the process.
