Yes. In general the company will conduct investigation against the employees who are undergoing through disciplinary problems abd during the course time they will be getting termination package. This will create huge loss to the organisation interms of providing amount without any productivity from the employee. The company should speed up the investigation procedure and finish the discipline process instead of spending unwantedly for those convicted employees. There should be some exceptional cases where the company couldnt find any prroper mistake or has ambiguity in finding mistake from the employee side.
