answer-

Emotions sometimes can make situation worse because they hinder our ability to think. Many of us heard of saying " emotions cloud our judgement" so in order to avoid emotions out of planning to avoid school shooting, I need to focus on facts, rationale and logic. Many will feel scared, frustrated and sadness like emotions but these emotions will only cause problem in our planning. I will plan by avoiding my all conflicts from my co workers or teachers or parents of students and focused on safety planning so that i would prevent the next school shooting.I will take a deep breath and organize a meeting where i will allow all people like teachers, parents of children in the school to discuss safety measure and how we can prevent shooting. I will not let my personal grudge or issue in the way of getting the best idea.

for example- if i has issue with a teacher or parents of a children at school but they give us best idea and resources to prevent next school shooting then i will not shut down their idea due to my personal grudges or emotional issus.

I will keep my mind set, focused and calm. I will do consulation and keep my emotions in check. for example- we can write emotions journal to realease our emotional stress. Focus on task on the matter.

The things we need to address to keep emotions aways from the creation of a plan that we must not be prejudice, emotional fool and let our sentiments make decisions. we need to focus on facts like crime rate, prevention strategies, tools and measures offered by government to prevent and stop school shootings etc.We need to analyze the situation with best of our mind, create alternatives backup by rational and facts then decide which altenative to take to implement the plan.
