  • Operational Tasks
  • Information technology tasks

These functions are very important for the success of the organization both in the long term and in the short term as the amalgamation of both results in achievements of goals. The IT-related functions ensure that all functionalities pertaining to technology are in place and data is flowing accurately from one node to another whereas all operational activities ensure that manual work and management work is done properly without any flaw and hence it becomes even more important to have both these general functions of an organization in place for successful delivery of the projects.
