2. Is an organization required to pay unemployment benefits to all dismissed employees? Explain your answer.
The answer is no. The firm is not liable to pay unemployment benefits to all the dismissed or terminated employees be use of any xyz reason such as poor work performance, conflict etc. If there is an unemployment insurance then it does not says so, The manager should take a copy of warning copy given to the employee as a proof for minimizing the unemployment insurance tax. It will show that the manager has given warning to the dismissed employee to get corrected. The manager has to prove that the dismissal of the employee has been done because of his or her own behavior. So by this way the employer is not liable to pay unemployment benefits to the dismissed employee.
