Ans- The benefits of internal recruitment as compared to
external recruitment in line with the statement that it motivates
employees are given below-
When a candidate is recruited internally then it motivates them
to work harder as they feel their work has been valued in the
organisation and they will give their best to improve productivity
as they know they will get a promotion if they continue to do good
work. But when a candidate is recruited externally then the
existing employees tend to feel within themselves that they do not
have the capabilities or be it how much hard they work they will
not get any chance of promotion and this affects in the
productivity level of the company.
Internal recruitment also gives job security and satisfaction
to the existing employees as they know that if they are good at
their work then they can grow their career in that particular
company and can reach new heights and thus the employees do not
leave the company.
