Potential members should have the thorough knowledge on healthcare industry and how it can implicate on the education sector which can create more opportunities for the students. Members should have good experiences in the area of educational consulting, review and analysis,healhcare field experience . It helps in getting the right market knowledge and provide important suggestions and building strategies . Educational background of members should be from teaching field, management (MBA /PHD), bureaucratic background etc. Viewpoints should be non biased and has the skills to adapt and take decisions based on the changing market conditions. Another major view points should be the capability to understand the cultural diversity and incorporate effectively into curriculum management.
