*Scheduling practices which causes to look elsewhere for a job includes odd timings like night shifts ,late night relieving hours (leaving the family,children at home may causes the family disturbances).

-what are the usual working scheduling practice for the job?
-Is there any alterations for night shift work scheduling practice in between?
